Shipping

Items are shipped USPS in most cases. Since we carry almost everything listed on the website in our store, most items are shipped within 2 or 3 business days after payment is received. If ordering online with the intention of picking up from the store, shipping charges will be refunded and the item will be available for pickup the same day in most cases. On the rare occasion the item is out of stock, we will send out a notification email with an approximate ship date.

 

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club, we also accept PayPal. We do not accept checks at this time. Of course, cash is always accepted.

 

Returns

Returns must be within 30 days with receipt except where specified. Refunds are made only within 14 days of purchase. All tags must be attached and will be refunded in the same manner as purchased, except cash. Purchases made by cash may be refunded in the form of a check. All others will be for exchanges or in-store credit. All bras may not be returned if worn. Swimwear, underwear and lingerie may not be returned. All sales are final after 30 days.

We want your shopping experience to be an extremely satisfying one, therefore, if you decide not to keep your purchase for whatever reason (size, color, item not suitable), you can return most* items within 14 days of the ship date for a full refund of the purchase price. 

Shipping charges are non refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping costs with both sending the item back to us, and for receiving a new one.
 
For a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping), items must be returned to us in new, unused and re-saleable condition and in original packaging with all tags attached.  Please include your sales receipt.
25% fee applies to all items not returned in new condition.
 
*Refunds are not issued on sale items or any items specifically advertised as non-refundable.
 
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of Lingerie and Swimwear items.
 
If an item is found to be defective then we will offer an exchange and pay for return shipping.  Please notify us within 7 days (unless noted otherwise) of receipt of such items.  We cannot guarantee refunds or exchange of such items if we are notified of the error/defection after the 7 day period.
